In Indonesia, MSMEs cannot be eliminated because the distribution of people's income is greatly helped by their existence. This research was conducted to determine the restrictive factors (barriers) in the development of MSMEs in Bandung Regency. This study aims to analyze the potential of small and medium-scale creative industries in Bandung Regency to increase income. This research uses qualitative methods with a descriptive-comparative research type. From the studies above, several important factors that influence the development of MSMEs in Bandung Regency include media factors for promotion and marketing, as well as other factors that were not researched. Apart from that, the implementation of the People's Business Credit (KRU) policy and the use of audit designs are also concerned with increasing the income and performance of MSMEs in Bandung Regency. STP (<em>segmenting, targeting, positioning</em>) adalah inti dari strategi marketing yang akan membimbing perusahaan dalam memasarkan produknya. Penelitian ini melakukan Analisa STP kepada Burgerax Tegal yang dilakukan dengan cara wawancara kepada pemilik dari Burgerax Tegal. Burgerax Tegal membagi konsumennya menjadi 3 kelompok utama dimana ketiga kelompok mempunyai perbeda pada karakteristik demografi mereka. Burgerax Tegal kemudian memilih kelompok 2 sebagai target pasar utama mereka karena berasumsi bahwa kelompok 2 akan lebih mudah membelanjakan uangnya kepada Burgerax Tegal dan juga merekomendasikan Burgerax Tegal kepada kenalannya. This research explores the experience of worker discrimination, the basis of discriminatory treatment and responses to discriminatory treatment. Researchers interviewed workers with an accidental sampling approach. Interviews were conducted on 206 workers working in Java and outside Java. Research findings showed that 82.52% of the sample reported not experiencing discrimination at work, and the remaining 17.48% reported discriminatory treatment at work. Realizing the expectation of working without discrimination is not autopia. The perceived discriminatory treatment grounds were seniority (30%), religion, race, gender (17% each), structural and physical (8%) and regional origin (2.78%). While the response to discriminatory treatment shown was silence (39%), report superiors (30%) and confrontation (19%). Using binary logistic regression analysis, discriminatory treatment was positively influenced significantly by gender, length of service, and location. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 56 karyawan hotel Pandanaran Yogyakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda.
